Church Stretton Lawn Tennis Club
Church Stretton Tennis Club is affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association and club members are registered with British Tennis (Lite Membership)
The Town Park tennis courts belong to Church Stretton Town Council so club membership provides a ‘season ticket’ to play, free of further charge, on the park courts at any time provided they are not in use or reserved by members of the public. However, the courts are reserved for exclusive use by the Club at fixed times during the week as follows:
* Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5.30 pm (juniors have priority until 6.30pm)
Note: During the winter season, the club has priority on the single hard court from 1.30 pm until light unplayable.
* Sunday morning 10.30 am to 1 pm
* From time to time the courts are also reserved for Junior Coaching sessions.
At most times of the year, weather permitting the club ladies also meet informally to play on Wednesday afternoons from 2 pm BST (1.30 pm GMT during the winter period)
